Ingredients
Main Ingredients:

4 Superior Ostrich pre-formed burger patties
-
Salt & pepper
-
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
-
4 crispy onion rings (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup BBQ sauce
-
4 brioche burger buns
-
Optional: garlic aioli or mayo for top bun
For the Smoky Bacon Cheddar Spread:

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
2 oz cream cheese, softened
-
2 tbsp mayonnaise (or sour cream)
-
¼ tsp smoked paprika
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
⅓ cup crispy bacon bits
-
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions

Make the Cheese Spread:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne (optional) until smooth. Fold in shredded cheddar and bacon bits. Chill for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly. -
Grill the Patties:
Season pre-formed ostrich patties with a little salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side. Add cheddar slices in the last minute to melt. -
Cook the Onion Rings:
Bake, air fry, or fry the onion rings until golden and crispy. -
Toast the Buns:
Lightly toast brioche buns on a grill or skillet until golden. -
Assemble the Firecracker Burger:

Ostrich patty with melted cheddar

Generous layer of smoky bacon cheddar spread

Drizzle of BBQ sauce

Crispy onion ring
