Greek Ostrich Tenderloin Wraps with Feta & Tzatziki

Serves: 2–3
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8–10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ostrich tenderloin

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and cracked black pepper

  • 3–4 flatbreads or wraps

For the wraps

  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce

  • ½ cup chopped cucumber

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Fresh parsley or dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat tenderloin dry and season with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook tenderloin 3–4 minutes per side until medium-rare to medium. Remove and rest 5 minutes.

  4. Slice thinly against the grain.

  5. Warm flatbreads briefly.

  6. Assemble wraps with sliced ostrich, tzatziki, vegetables, and feta.

  7. Garnish with herbs, wrap tightly, and serve.

Cooking Tip

Ostrich tenderloin is very lean, so avoid overcooking. Resting the meat before slicing helps keep it tender and juicy.
