Asian-Inspired Ostrich Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ostrich tri-tip, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • Mixed stir-fry vegetables

Instructions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and ginger.

  2. Sear ostrich quickly over high heat, remove.

  3. Stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender.

  4. Return ostrich to pan, toss with sauce, and serve.
